Partner program terms

Last updated : 9 October 2026

This translation is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
These terms govern the partner program of Park & Keep, published by Tresor Kaya, Entrepreneur individuel ("Park & Keep" or the "Publisher"). They apply to any person enrolled in the program (the "Partner") and are accepted by ticking a box at registration. Version of 9 October 2026.

1. Purpose

The program pays the Partner in money for recommending Park & Keep to an operator (parking, vehicle storage) that takes out a paid subscription (the "Referred Parking").

2. Who can become a Partner

Any individual of legal age and any legal entity may register free of charge, whether or not they are a customer of Park & Keep. Each person may hold only one Partner account.

The Publisher may refuse a registration or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms or suspected fraud.

3. Link, code and attribution

The Partner has a personal link and code in their partner area. An operator is attributed to the Partner when they create their Park & Keep account from this link or by entering this code in the registration form. No tracker is set: only the link or code used at the time of registration counts, and an attribution can be added afterwards only with the Publisher's written consent.

  • A Referred Parking is attributed to one Partner only.
  • Only one beneficiary per Referred Parking: if the operator was brought in by a sales representative or a business introducer under contract with the Publisher, no partner commission is due.
  • A Partner cannot refer themselves: neither their own account, nor an account they control or created for the sole purpose of earning a commission, may be attributed to them.

4. Commission

For each Referred Parking, the Partner receives 20% of each subscription payment actually collected by the Publisher during the twelve (12) months following the confirmation of that subscription, i.e. the first payment collected at the end of the trial period. The number of Referred Parkings is not limited.

  • No commission is due on: the trial period, amounts not collected (unpaid), amounts refunded, SMS packs, options and one-off services, and the transaction fees of the free plan.
  • For a prepaid annual subscription, the commission applies to the annual payment collected during the twelve-month period.
  • Commission amounts are stated inclusive of all taxes (see Article 6).
Referred Parking planCommission per monthCommission over 12 months
Essentiel (€89/month)€17.80€213.60
Pro (€169/month)€33.80€405.60
Business (€269/month)€53.80€645.60
Examples given for information purposes based on the public price list in force on 9 October 2026, for a monthly subscription without discount. The commission is always calculated on the amounts actually collected.

5. Validation, refunds and payout

Each payment collected creates a commission line, visible in the partner area. A line becomes payable sixty (60) days after the payment that created it, a period matching the "satisfied or refunded" guarantee offered to the Publisher's customers.

  • If the payment is refunded before the commission is paid out, the line is cancelled, or reduced proportionally in the event of a partial refund.
  • A commission already paid is never claimed back from the Partner, except in case of fraud or breach of these terms.
  • Commissions are paid by bank transfer (SEPA), every quarter, in the first half of January, April, July and October, for lines that became payable no later than the last day of the preceding quarter.
  • Payout takes place as soon as the total payable reaches €50; below that, the amount is carried over to the following quarter.
  • Each payout is accompanied by a detailed statement of the lines paid.

6. Required information, invoice and VAT

Before the first payout, the Partner enters in their area: their identity or company name, their address, the IBAN of an account opened in their name and, if acting in a professional capacity, their business number (SIREN or equivalent) and their VAT number where applicable. Without this information, commissions remain due and are carried over.

  • A Partner who is a private individual or not subject to VAT does not issue an invoice: the Publisher's statement is sufficient.
  • A professional Partner sends the Publisher, for each transfer, the corresponding invoice drawn up on the basis of the statement.
  • The Publisher benefits from the VAT exemption (franchise en base) and does not recover VAT: the commission is an amount inclusive of all taxes. A VAT-registered Partner established in France invoices the commission VAT included. A VAT-registered Partner established outside France invoices an amount excluding tax such that this amount, plus the French VAT that the Publisher itself accounts for by reverse charge, equals the commission.

7. Tax and social security obligations

Commissions are income that the Partner declares themselves under the rules of their country of residence and their status; it is their responsibility to seek information, the Publisher providing no tax or social security advice. The Publisher reports to the French tax authorities the commissions paid to the same beneficiary above the threshold set by Article 240 of the French General Tax Code (CGI) (€2,400 per calendar year at the date of these terms).

8. Referral rules

The Partner recommends Park & Keep fairly and undertakes to:

  • state clearly that they are paid when they recommend Park & Keep publicly (website, social media, video, publication);
  • not send unsolicited bulk messages (emails, SMS, messaging apps);
  • not buy keywords or ads containing the name "Park & Keep" or its variants on search engines;
  • not publish fake reviews, nor present themselves as Park & Keep, as one of its employees or as its representative;
  • communicate on prices and features only on the basis of the information published by the Publisher.

Any breach results in the suspension of the account and the cancellation of the commissions linked to the breach.

9. Independence

The Partner acts entirely independently. They are neither an employee, nor an agent with authority, nor a commercial agent of the Publisher: they do not negotiate any contract, do not enter into anything on behalf of the Publisher and cannot bind it in any way.

10. Partner area

The partner area is accessed through a personal link sent by email. The Partner keeps it confidential; they may request a new one at any time, whereupon the old one stops working. The area shows the Referred Parkings, the commission lines pending, payable and paid, and the payout statements.

11. Term, amendment and end of participation

  • Participation is entered into for an indefinite period. The Partner may end it at any time by email to contact@parkandkeep.com.
  • The Publisher may amend these terms, including the commission rate, or end the program by notifying the Partner by email at least thirty (30) days in advance. Amendments apply only to payments collected after they take effect.
  • At the end of participation, for any reason other than fraud or breach, the commissions generated by payments collected up to that date remain due and are paid in the following quarter, even below the €50 threshold.

12. Personal data

The Publisher processes the Partner's data (identity, contact details, address, business numbers, bank details, history of commissions and payouts) to manage the program, in performance of these terms, and to meet its accounting and tax obligations. Bank details are stored encrypted. Data is kept during participation, then accounting records (statements, proof of transfer) for ten (10) years (Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code). The Partner has the rights of access, rectification, erasure within the limits of these retention obligations, restriction, objection and portability, which they exercise at contact@parkandkeep.com; they may lodge a complaint with the CNIL. See also the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that within thirty (30) days, the dispute is brought before the competent courts, which, where the Partner acts in a professional capacity, are those within the jurisdiction of Metz (the Publisher's registered office), subject to applicable mandatory rules.
