Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my current domain?
Yes. Your existing domain name can be pointed to your Park & Keep site, or you can use a free subdomain if you don't have one yet.
Is the site editable without going through you?
Yes. Colors, font, corner radius, sections, gallery and copy are all edited from the back-office, with no ticket or waiting on us.
Which languages are shown to my visitors?
The site is available in French, Dutch and English. Visitors choose their language, or it's detected automatically from their browser.
Does the payment go into my own bank account?
Yes, for online payments: via Stripe Connect, the money is paid directly into your account, never passing through Park & Keep. You can also choose to accept on-site payment only.
