How does the daily rate work?
The rate grid is built day by day, on a cumulative scale: the price shown to the customer reflects the exact number of parking days, with no rounding against you.
Does the platform hub work with my current Parkos subscription?
Yes. We read the confirmation emails you already receive from Parkos, Onepark, or ParkVia — no third-party API is needed, and your current platform subscription keeps working exactly as it does today.
Do valets need a recent smartphone?
No. The field app works offline and syncs automatically once the connection comes back — useful underground or in a poorly covered area.
Can I keep my current shuttle service?
Yes. Park & Keep coordinates timing and notifies the team at the right moment, but doesn't replace your shuttle provider: you keep the vehicle and driver you already use.
